Delayed games
May was even more stacked with high-profile games originally, but at least two of them have been delayed so far. The biggest delay is easily Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, as Rocksteady’s villainous action-adventure has been delayed by nine months and will instead launch on February 2, 2024. “We have made the tough but necessary decision to take the time needed to work on getting the game to be the best quality experience for players,” Rocksteady said. “There is much more to share in the months ahead and we look forward to seeing you in Metropolis next year.”
Endless Dungeon won’t be arriving on May 18, as the twin-stick tower defense shooter needs some more time in the development oven before its early access version is available in October. “Drawing on player feedback, Amplitude will work on improvements including balancing, meta-progression, onboarding, and general polishing to create the ultimate roguelite experience for players,” Amplitude Studios said about the delay.
